Q: What can I do with JuJups?
A: JuJups’ web-based design studio allows you to design products you want to buy. This design process can be completely done from your desktop, just make sure you are connected to the internet.
Q: What products can I design with JuJups studio?
A: We have a variety of product types which you can design: photo frames, Christmas figurines (tree ornaments), T-shirts, mugs and buttons.
Q: Do I need to create a JuJups account to design a product?
A: You don't have to create an account to design on JuJups. However you have to create an account if you want to save your designs or make an order.
By creating JuJups account, you can also: rate and make comments on other users' design; and flag inappropriate collections and designs.
Q: What is required to create JuJups account?
Creating a JuJups account is very quick and easy, we only need your email and your desired password. Your email is required to send verification upon registering. We will never share your email address to a third party.
Q: What are JuJups personalize products good for?
A: The idea of JuJups is to help you design your very own personalize unique gifts. You can make your gift little bit more special by adding your own message and picture or photo. It makes a great gift for yourself too.
Q: What's 3D printed products?
JuJups currently has two types of 3D printed products: photo frames and Christmas figurine ornament. 3D printed products are printed by using special 3D printing machine and material by ZCorp.
3D printing machine works very similar to your paper printing machine; except that instead of inking a blank paper, it prints real product layer by layer using special composite material for 3D printing.

Q: How do I know total price of my order?
A: Total price of your order and shipping charge will be shown at the checkout.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all via PayPal.
Q: How secure is this store?
A: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)
Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. For non-PayPal account users, click the link on the left at the login page for PayPal.

Q: How do I use coupon code?
A: At the check out, there is coupon code form – after the shipping address forms. Once you enter your coupon code (and shipping address), you have to click on “update cart” button to see the final cost of your order.
Q: Where do you ship the product to?
A: To avoid high shipping charges, we currently only deliver to continental US and Europe countries. If you are not from these areas, do contact us to check shipping rates.
Q: How long is shipping duration?
A: Each order takes maximum 5 days to be processed for delivery; however the estimated ship date to the recipient varies according to selected courier service and destination.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: The nature of print-on-demand customized products does not permit JuJups to accept returned goods or refund requests.
If a product is damaged on delivery, or is visibly defective on arrival, you must, within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product, request for a replacement and provide photograph showing the damage or defect.
You are not required to ship the damaged or defective product back to JuJups.com. JuJups.com shall review each replacement request and, upon approval, the respective Fulfillment Partner shall reprint and ship over the replacement of the damaged or defective product to user at JuJups.com's cost.
